6-Week Online Processing Group for
Counselors & Therapists
May 6 - June 12, 2025
Tuesdays 10a-11:30a PST OR Thursdays 6p-7:30p PST
More Details:
This group has been designed to offer space where we can explore our lived experience as clinicians, what it takes to come alongside and hold space for our clients, and what we need to stay fortified mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually during these turbulent and oppressive times.
It is important to note that while this is not a therapy group, the usual standards of confidentiality are expected, and members are free to process whatever clinical issues they would like to in response to how they are navigating these difficult times in our country and around the world.
Group Philosophy: Groups will be facilitated from a relational, interpersonal perspective rooted within an inclusive framework that promotes resilience and cultural humility. To do so, a communal agreement will be created by the group in our first meeting and revisited each week as the group evolves.
Group Focus: The content of the group is driven by what group members bring each week such as; sharing personal struggles and professional challenges, including countertransference concerns, clinical consultation questions, compassion fatigue/burnout, grief, etc.
Days & Times: Tuesday from 10a to 11:30a or Thursday from 6p to 7:30p
Number of Group Meetings: 6
Number of Participants per Group: 10-12
Cost: $125 total for 6 meetings (average for each meeting is approximately $20). Payment of $125 is due at the time of registration.
Requirements: Participants must attend the group they signed up for (Tuesday AM or Thursday PM). This is a closed group, and participants can choose to attend all 6 groups, or come when they can during the six-week window on the day they are registered for (Tuesday AM or Thursday PM).
